WHEN IS YOUTH GROUP CANCELED?

As a general rule of thumb, we try to stay consistent with measures taken by the local school districts. In particular, RCS and Bethlehem School Districts. If those schools close early or cancel their PM activities due to inclement weather then we generally will shut down our PM actives as well. However, given varying circumstances we may deviate from this (staying open when schools close or cancelling when schools remain open), so don't only go by school closing information. Be sure to check in the places listed below to verify events are cancelled. 

WHERE TO FIND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Church Center: If we do cancel youth group, the first place to look will be on Church Center.  As soon as we know we're planning to cancel or postpone an event, Church Center will be the first place we post. If you are not part of the King's Kids or Refuge parents groups you can join by clicking the links.

Website: We will post an update to the homepage of our website (kingschapel.net) if evening activities are canceled.

Social Media: We will also post a message on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

If you check all three of those locations and there is not a cancellation notice then our evening actives are more than likely on as scheduled. When in doubt, you can also contact Pastor Ricky.
